摘要
[目的]探讨输液中进行静脉注射预防微量空气进入血管的方法。[方法]随机将102例病人分成对照组和改进组,对照组使用传统的静脉注射方法,改进组利用新亚果糖输液器乳头处的一段硅胶管,先消毒一段硅胶管,然后用左手拇指和中指反折硅胶管与输液器软管接头处,食指托住硅胶管,右手持备好药物的注射器,用针头从消毒处刺入硅胶管内进行药物注射。[结果]改进组微量空气气泡发生率为1.96%,对照组为25.49%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。[结论]巧用新亚果糖输液器进行静脉注射,可以预防或杜绝微量气泡进入血管。
Objective:To probe into methods to prevent microamount air from entering into blood vessels for patients accepting intravenous injection.Methods:A total of 102 patients were divided into control and test group randomly.Patients of control group used traditional intravenous injection,a length of silica gel duct of the infusion apparatus for fructose diphosphate sodium-New Asiatic was used for test group cases.At first to sterilize the length of silica gel duct,then thumb and middle finger of left hand of nurse to reflexio the connecter of silica gel duct and infusion apparatus flextubing,meanwhile forefinger to hold the silica gel duct,pinhead was pricked into silica gel duct from sterile spot to injection with drug-filled syringe by right hand.Results:The incidence rate of microamount air bubble was 1.96% in test group,which was reduced comparing to 25.49% in control group.There was statistical significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.001).Conclusion:Skilful using of infusion apparatus for fructose diphosphate sodium-New Asiatic for drug intravenous injection of patients can prevent microamount air from entering into their blood vessels.
