黄连解毒汤防治2型糖尿病研究进展

Advances in Stadies on Prevention and Cure of Huanglian Jiedu Tang for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

黄连解毒汤是清热解毒的代表方,具有泻火解毒之功效。近些年研究发现黄连解毒汤具有降糖和调脂等功效,是治疗糖尿病合理、有效的方药。综合近年来的研究状况,从其抗炎、抗氧化、多靶点改善胰岛素抵抗等作用方面进行综述。

Huanglian Jiedu Tang is a representative recipe for Qingre Jiedu. More and more studies indicate that Huanglian Jiedu Tang has the efficacy of lowering the level of blood glucose and lipid. It was a reasonable and effective treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus. This article summarizes the mechanisms of Huanglian Jiedu Tang from the effect of anti-inflammation, anti-oxidant and attenuating insulin resistance according to the literature in recent years.
