消萎益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

Clinic Study on"Xiaoweiyiwei Decoction For Infusion"in Treating Chronic Atrophie Gastritis

目的:观察消萎益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic Atrophie Gastritis,CAG)的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照法。将符合CAG诊断的66例患者,随机分为两组,治疗组36例,给予消萎益胃汤治疗;对照组30例,给予胃复春治疗,两组均以3个月为1个疗程。结果:消萎益胃汤可明显改善症状,并可逆转胃黏膜萎缩的胃镜及病理学变化,两组疗效比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:消萎益胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有良好疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinic therapeutic efficacy of Xiaoweiyiwei decoction in treating the Chronic Atrophic Gastritis. Methods： The case-control study was adopted. Sixty-six CAG patients conformed with the criteria were randomly divided into the two groups, thirty-six patients in treated group received Xiaoweiyiwei decoction, while those in the in the control group received WeiFuChu.The therapeutic course was three months. Result： Patients＇ symptoms can be improved and the change of gastroscope and pathobiology on atrophic gaster-mucosa can be reverse, after treatment of Xiaoweiyiwei decoction. The therapeutic effect of the two groups had significant difference relatively. Conclusion： Xiaoweiyiwei decoction showed favorable therapeutic efficacy in treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis.
