加味龙胆泻肝汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效观察

Observation of the Modified LongDan XieGan Decoction to Treat Damp- heat Toxic Type in Facial Hormone-dependent Dermatitis

目的:观察加味龙胆泻肝汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎湿热毒蕴证的临床疗效。方法:选取符合面部激素依赖性皮炎湿热毒蕴证诊断标准的病例132例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组70例,口服加味龙胆泻肝汤,每次100mL,每日2次。对照组62例,口服盐酸西替利嗪片10mg,每日1次,扑尔敏片4mg,每日3次,维生素C丸0.1g,每日3次。分别在治疗当天及每周记录皮损消退、瘙痒缓解情况及相关的不良反应,治疗组与对照组同时治疗4周,分别在2周后及4周后进行统计分析,评价疗效。结果:治疗组在改善主客观症状方面均优于对照组。治疗组与对照组在2周后有效率分别为72.86%和51.61%,两组差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗组与对照组在4周后有效率分别为91.43%和66.13%,两组差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05。

Objective： To observe the Modified LongDan XieGan decoction to treat Damp-heat toxic type in facial hormone-dependent dermatitis. Methods： 132 cases conformed to diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group 70 cases, oral flavored Modified LongDan XieGan decoction, each 100mL, twice a day. Control group, 62 cases of oral Cauterizing tablets, 10mg each day, Chlorpheniramine tablets 4mg, 3 times a day, and vitamin C pills 0.1g, 3 times a day. The treatment group and control group at the same time treatment for 4 weeks, respectively after 2 weeks and 4 weeks after statistical analysis were evaluated. Results： The treatment group in improving both objective and subjective symptoms is better than the control group. The treatment group and control group at 2 weeks after the effective rates were 72.86% and 51.61%; treatment group and control group at 4 weeks after the effective rates were 91.43% and 66.13%, a significant difference between the two groups, there are statistically significant, P〈0.05.
