摘要 目的:探讨小儿肱骨髁上骨折采用手法复位塑型铝板外固定预防肘内翻的发生。方法:伸直型小儿肱骨髁上骨折病例95例,男54例,女41例,年龄6个月~12岁,平均6.25岁,就诊时间从1h^9天,平均3天;骨折类型全部为闭合性伸直型骨折,尺偏39例,桡偏30例,旋转26例。采用手法复位,塑型铝板保留携带角或加大携带角3°~5°外固定治疗。结果:本组95例,随访时间为3~28个月,平均15.5个月。优占70例,良占22例,可为3例,优良率为97%。结论:确切的手法复位,塑型铝板保留或加大携带角外固定是治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折,预防肘内翻的有效方法。 Objective: Use of external fixation with manipulative reduction and prevention of plastic aluminum supracondylar fracture of hummers in children the incidence of cubits virus. Methods 95 cases of straight-type supracondylar fracture of hummers in children, 54 eases of male, 41 cases of female, the mean age of the patients at the time of surgery was 6.25 years, range from 6 months to 12 years. Treatment time from 1 hour to 9 days, at an average of 3 days, all the type of fracture are closed straight fracture, 39 cases of lunar deviation, 30 cases of radial bias, 26 cases of rotation. By manual reset, use the aluminum plastic, carrying angle or an increase in reserves to carry angle 3° -5° external fixation for the treatment.Result The group of 95 cases followed up for 3-28 months, an average of 15.5 months. Excellent accounted for 70 cases, good accounting for 22 cases, for 3 cases, the fine rate was 97%. Conclusion: The exact reduction techniques, and use the aluminum plastic to retain or increase the carrying angle external fixation is an effective way to treat the supracondylar hummer's fractures in children and prevent cubits virus.
