财务管理是现代医院管理活动的重要组成部分,进行得好坏直接关乎到医院的生存和发展。通过对我国公立医院财务管理活动现状的研究,指出了目前公立医院在财务管理过程中存在的问题,分析原因并提出改进和完善公立医院财务管理活动的策略。

Financial management is an important component of modem hospital management activities; its effect has a.direct impact on the survival and development of the hospital. Based on the researeh of financial management status quo in our public hospitals, this article points out the problems existing during the financial management in public hospitals, to analyze the reasons and suggest strategy to improve financial management activities in public hospitals.
