摘要
目的:观察抑亢汤对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的干预作用。方法:对青春期前雌性大鼠持续皮下注射睾酮(T)及hCG制作PCOS大鼠模型,分别给予抑亢汤(抑亢汤组)、螺内酯(螺内酯组)、生理盐水(对照组、PCOSI组、PCOSII组)治疗6周。结果:抑亢汤组大鼠血清T明显下降(P<0.05),体重明显减轻(P<0.05),囊性卵泡数量减少,黄体数量增多。螺内酯组大鼠的血清T(P>0.05)、体重(P>0.05)与PCOSI组相比均未见明显差异。结论:"T+hCG"诱导的PCOS动物模型适用于观察具有短期疗效的药物,抑亢汤治疗PCOS疗效确切并且能在短期内显效。
Objective: The objective is to investigate the intervention role of YiKang Decoction in the treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS) rats model. Methods: By the administration of testosterone plus human Chorionic Gonadotropin to induce the animal model of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in Rats. Then the modeling were divided into PCOS group, YiKang Decoction groupand Spironolactone group, randomly. The body weight of each rat was recorded every 2 weeks. After 6 weeks treatment, rats in the estrus phase each group were anesthetized and then blood samples were obtained for analyses of testosterone and the ovaries from anesthetized rats were analyzed using a conventional light microscope. Results: After 6 weeks of treatment, the YiKang Decoction group had a decreased Testosterone levels(P〈0.05); decreased body weight(P〈0.05). In contrast, mean serum Testosterone levels(P〉0.05), body weight(P〉0.05)were similar in Spironolactone group compared with PCOS group.Conclusions: We conclude that the"T+hCG"model can displayed both ovarian and serum sex hormone features of PCOS, and is suitable for studies of drug which has short-term effect. The treatment of YiKang Decoction on PCOS has a precise and rapid effect.
