摘要 对固体粒子在蒸发器中的防垢性能进行了实验研究.研究结果表明,在蒸发器中引入固体粒子后,经长时间连续运行没有发现有结垢现象发生;同时可显著地强化传热,提高传热系数,其蒸发侧沸腾换系数要大大高于相应操作条件下的两相流沸腾换热系数;而且蒸发器壁温有明显降低,特别适合于热敏性物料的蒸发.工业试验表明,蒸发量随时间变化而呈正常波动,充分证明了固体粒子在蒸发器中的优良防垢性能.加入固体粒子后,可实现管内沸腾而不结垢,从而有效提高了蒸发器的蒸发能力。 The performance of the particles on fouling preventing was studied experimentally in evaporators.The results indicated that the evaporator has a much better effect of fouling preventing,there is no scale on the heat transfer surface of the evaporator after a long time run,and the heat transfer voefficient can be enhanced effect effectively.The boiling heat transfer voefficient of the evaporation side is a much higher than that of two phase flow at the identical vonditions,and the temperature of the evaporator's wall comes down obviously.This kind of evaporator is especially suitable for the evaporation of the heat sensitive substance.The industrial experiment indicated that the evaporation capavity fluctuates normally with variation of the time,and this proces up to the hili the excellent performance on fouling preventing of the particles.With particles added in,there is boil in the inner tubes without fouling,so the evaporativity of the evaporator is improved effectively and is saved investment.
