摘要
研究了聚合物三元共混体系的形态结构与三种聚合物间界面张力的关系,并用TEM观察三元共混体系的形态结构.对PBT/PC/PS、PC//PMMA/PBT和PS/AS/PC三种共混体系,由界面张力预测结果应该为包覆型、分散型和粘附型的形态结构,在TEM中证实了这样的结果.通过计算得到的聚合物间的界面张力值,从理论上验证了iPP/HDPE/EPDM三元共混体系的形态结构.
The relationship between morphology of ternary polyblends and interfacial tension was researched in this paper.The morphologies were observed by means of TEM.For three kinds of polyblends system:PBT/PC/PS,PC/PMMA/PBT and PS/AS/PC,the morphology structures of the predicted results by calculating their interfacial tensions were encapsulated by bride structure,isolated structure and stucl hubrid structure.These results were conformed by using TEM.For iPP/HDPE/EPDM ternary polyblend system,the outcome of the interfacial tension in the theory using our method was consistent to that of practical morphology structure.Therefore,it was available to predict morphologies of ternary polyblends from interfacial tensions among among three polyemers.
