摘要
针对目前国内人口老龄化严重的问题设计了一种具有抬背、曲腿、左右翻身、语音控制、生理信号采集、网络视频监护及智能家居等多种功能于一体的新型机器人化护理床。利用机器人的行为规划和多轴控制的技术实现了护理床抬背及翻身同时蜷腿等人性化护理功能,并运用模糊控制理论的模板匹配算法实现了不同语音控制指令的鲁棒性,建立了病人与护理床的友好的交互方式。对所设计的系统进行了试点试用,试用结果证明了所设计的病床的实用性和可靠性,充分满足了病人的需求。
A kind of new robotic nursing bed is designed in this paper With the functions of raising back, curling legs, side turning over from left to fight separately and voice recognition control according to paralyzed patient's requirement. Friendly nursing function of curling legs while lifting back is achieved in light of robot's behavior and multi-axis control technology and template matching algorithm of fuzzy control theory is employed to achieve the robust of different voice control commands. The work focuses on technical solutions for human-friendly assistance in structure design. The nursing system has been tried out, and is proved to be of practicality and reliability, which fully meets the needs of patients.
