该文分析了制造系统发展对智能检测前端提出的新要求 ,提出了一种新型智能检测前端结构 ,包括数据采集、数据处理与传输等功能。采用信号处理芯片(DSP)构成的多 CPU结构实现检测信号的实时、智能化处理。利用 PC10 4总线CPU板和 TMS32 0 C5 0
The new requirements of the pro- terminal of intelligent inspection in manufacturing system are analyzed in this paper.And then the architecture of a new pro- terminal of intelligent inspection,including data acquiring,data processing and data transporting,is also put forward.The realtime and intelligent process of signal is implemented through the multi- CPU architecture composed of DSP(Digital Signal Processor) .And a real pro- terminal device of intelligent inspection is also designed and realized by the TMS32 0 C5 0 DSP and the CPU board based on PC10 4bus.
