Pilot treatment of the hospital sewage with chlorine dioxide(C1O2 ) by chemical reaction generator has been executed.Itshows that chlorine dioxide possesses the characteristics not only evident bacteria- killing ability but also pollutent- removing capacity.Indexes of treated sewerage meets national standards of sewage draining.The C1O2 generatoris characterised by easy operation,safety,credibility and lowcostso as to be acutually suitable for treatment of hospital sewage.
