摘要
天然制冷剂是家用空调器今后发展的方向,通过对丙烷(R290)与R22热力学性质的对比,分析用R290替代R22的可行性;对R290制冷剂在家用空调器的性能进行实验,通过改进达到安全的灌注量要求与较高的能效水平,并节省空调器材料成本。对于R290的安全性,只要控制合适的灌注量并采取适当的安全措施就可以达到安全使用的要求;生产线进行适当改造可以安全生产。
Natural refrigerant is future development trend for RAC. Via comparisons of thermodynamic property between propane (R290) and R22, we analyzed feasibility of substitution of R22 with R290. Performance test is also made on R290 in RAC and a safe-charging amount, a higher energy performance are maintained through improvement, while reducing material cost on RAC. Security of R290 is easily kept when proper charging amount and safety measures are adopted. Production line is ready to run with a proper modification.
