摘要
对失效圆锥齿轮轴的断口进行了宏观、微观分析及金相检验,结果表明,螺纹部位渗碳层的针状回火马氏体及块状碳化物组织易于形成裂纹源。
In this paper, the and micro analysis and metallographic examination were dealed with about the fracture failure of the hypoid gear shaft. The results exhibted that, the carburized layer in the screw with the microstructure containing acicular tempered martensite and bulk carbide was easy to form the crack source, resulting in the fracture failure of the parts.
