儿童瞬目症278例临床分析

Clinical analysis of blink in children

目的总结门诊儿童瞬目症的病因、临床表现、病程、治疗方法和疗效。方法分析2007年5月至2009年5月我院门诊278例患儿的临床资料,包括病因、临床表现、裂隙灯检查、SchirmerⅠ试验、散瞳验光、病程、治疗方法和疗效。结果病因中倒睫37例(13.3%);结膜炎和眼睑结石67例(24.1%);角膜炎54例(19.4%);屈光不正62例(22.3%);营养不均衡58例(20.9%)。其中158例眼前节疾病治疗后86例(54.4%)症状消失;62例屈光不正验光配镜后49例(79.0%)患儿症状消失,营养不均衡58例改变偏食和补充B族维生素后31例(53.4%)眼部症状消失。结论近年来频繁瞬目患儿逐渐增多,占门诊量的13%之多,儿童瞬目症是儿童发育过程中一种生理心理疾病,其病因、临床表现、疗效等应引起现代眼科医生重视。

Objective To investigate the etiological factor,clinical manifestation,course of disease and treatment effect of child blink.Methods Clinical data of 278 pediatric cases of blink diagnosed in our hospital from May 2007 to May 2009 were collected. The etiological factors,clinical manifestation,examinations including slit-lamp examination and Schirmer Ⅰ test,course of disease and treatment efficacy were analyzed.Results Trichiasis,keratitis,refractive errors,unbalanced nutrition,and conjunctivitis and lithiasis of eyelid were found in 37 （13.3%）,54 （19.4%）,62 （22.3%）,58 （20.9% ） and 67 cases （24.1%） respectively. After treatment,eye symptoms disappeared in 86 of 158 cases （54.4%） of anterior segment disease,49 of 62 cases of refractive errors （79%）,and 31of 58 cases （53%） with unbalanced nutrition.Conclusion In recent years the frequent blinking children cases increased gradually,accounts for about 13% of the outpatients. Frequent blink in children is one of the physiological psychology diseases during child development process. The studies on the etiology,clinical manifestation,and treatment of the disease should be pay more attention by ophthalmologist.
