下石节矿煤层自燃综合防治技术研究

A Comprehensive Fire Prevention and Extinguishment Technique of Xiashijie Coalmine

下石节煤矿煤层瓦斯含量高,且容易自燃。通过对综放采空区煤层自燃危险区域分析,提出了采用无机充填材料堵漏、注复合胶体及注液态二氧化碳的综合防灭技术。综合运用这些防灭火技术,有效地预防了下石节煤矿煤层自燃,保障了安全生产。

Coal seam in Xiashijie coalmine is high-gas easy-spontaneous combustion one.Through analyzing spontaneous combustion danger zone,a comprehensive fire preventing and extinguishing technique by sealing air leakage passage with inorganic filling material,injecting composite gel and liquidized carbon dioxide is put forward.The technique is applied in Xiashijie coalmine to prevent the mining coal seam from spontaneous combustion and make sure safety production successfully.
