Automatic Control System of Ceramic Tile Punching Machine Consist of PLC

介绍了用可编程序控制器（ＰＬＣ）技术实现瓷砖加工冲压机的自动控制系统研制，给出了ＰＬＣ控制系统组成、程序设计方法以及联网通讯等技术，从而提高了瓷砖冲压机设备的稳定性和可靠性。

This paper discussed that OMRON C200H PLC is used to the research of automatical control system for KY0008 typical punching machine of ceramic tile.A control system consist of PLC, the method of PLC program design and the control technique of the communication connected are given.Therefore, the result is to greatly upgrade the stability and the reliability for punching machine of ceramic tile.
