摘要
本文在推导了ＺＫ蜗杆齿面方程的基础上，提出了ＺＫ蜗杆拟准圆柱的新概念，研究了拟准圆柱的横截面半径随加工工艺参数的变化规律，并且通过实验得到了验证。
In this paper,a new concept of the reference cylinder of ZK worm is presented on the basis of the established equation of profile of ZK worm.The regularities of the effects of every parameter on it are analysed.The new concept is examined through the experiment.
