Develpment of an Automatic Welding System for Prestressed Concrete Cylinders Pipe

介绍了超薄壁、大直径、长筒体、纵、环缝ＰＣＣＰ管内衬管自动焊接系统的结构、组成、工作原理及设计的主要特点。该系统已成功地应用于直径＝１４００ｍｍ，筒身长Ｌ＝５０００ｍｍ，壁厚δ＝１．５ｍｍ的钢筒的自动焊接生产中。实践证明：该自动焊接系统对预应力钢筒混凝土管的焊接取得了良好的效果，是一种新型的低成本自动化焊接通用设备。

An automatic welding system for longitudinal weld and girth weld of pccp sheet wall lining for big diameter long cylinder was designd and its structure,components charicte ristic and working principle are discribed in this paper.The welding system has been successfully applied to the automatic welding production of big diameter( Φ =1400mm)long cylinders ( L =5000mm) for longitudinad weld and girth weld of sheet wall ( δ =1.5mm).The production practice has shown that this automatic welding system is suitable for the prestressed concrete cylinder pipe and good results have been achieved.It is a new all purpose type of low cost automatic welding equipment.
