成骨细胞特异因子-2是影响创伤愈合的重要因子 被引量:1

摘要 成骨细胞特异因子-2(periostin,POSTN)是一种细胞外基质蛋白,被认为是间质细胞的标记物,具有细胞黏附功能,研究表明其通过促进细胞增殖、迁移和血管合成,参与创伤组织的结构和血管重塑过程。我们旨在总结POSTN在创伤愈合方面的研究进展及其在创伤愈合中的可能机制。
