本文在分析引起制造系统故障的原因基础上，根据信息处理层次特征建立了先进制造系统集成智能监控技术的概念，并基于此提出了集成智能监控系统的体系结构模型。

This paper puts forward the concept of integrated intelligent inspection and monitoring for advanced manufacturing system according to information processing characters on basis of analysis of manufacturing system error.Meanwhile it gives the structure of integrated intelligent inspection and monitoring system.
