药物联合半导体激光照射在鼻窦疾病围手术期中的治疗作用

Semiconductor Laser Plus Drug During Perioperative Period of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery:Clinical Effects

目的探讨药物联合半导体激光在鼻窦内镜围手术期中的治疗作用。方法鼻窦内镜手术患者213例,其中96例行药物联合半导体激光治疗:以波长650nm、功率280mW、光斑直径30mm、时间8min的半导体激光照射鼻部病变部位,同时行全身抗感染治疗和鼻腔冲洗治疗;117例为对照组仅行药物治疗,方法同前组。观察两组患者术后疼痛程度、出血程度、通气程度及鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间。结果药物联合半导体激光治疗后患者术后疼痛和出血程度显著减轻(P<0.05),鼻腔通气显著改善(P<0.05),黏膜上皮化时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论药物联合半导体激光治疗可以明显减轻鼻窦内镜术后患者疼痛程度、出血程度,能改善通气情况,缩短鼻腔黏膜上皮化时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of semiconductor laser plus drug during perioperative period of endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods A total of 207 patients were collected,from them 76 patients were treated with semiconductor laser plus drug during perioperative period of endoscopic sinus surgery,the extent of nasal pain and nasal bleeding and the epithelization time of nasal mucosa were observed.Difference between the two groups was analyzed by K Pearson-test.ResultsCompared with that of patients in control group,the extent of nasal pain and nasal bleeding of patients was significantly improved after treated with semiconductor laser（P0.05）.In addition,the process of epithelization of nasal mucosa was significantly shortened（P0.05）.ConclusionsSemiconductor laser has good treatment effect during perioperative period of endoscopic sinus surgery.This study provides a better option during perioperative period of endoscopic sinus surgery.
