摘要
本文深入研究了可视化自动测试环境(VATE),并重点介绍了其设计思想和取得的成果。该系统采用仪器驱动器技术实行仪器控制,软件平台采用流程设计技术实现可视化编程。本文实现的系统改进了自动测试系统的组建方式,代表了测试领域的一个发展趋势。
The Visual Automatic Test Environment (VATE) is researched deeply in this paper and the design ideas and the achievements are intreduced emphatically. In VATE, the Instrument Driver(ID) is adopted to control the instruments and the technology of Flow Design is used to generate the test software visually. With VATE, The method of building ATS can be ameliorated, which can act for a new development tendency of measurement and test.
