摘要
本文分析了PTA二车间加氢反应器的裂纹产生的原因,采用补焊后对焊缝及焊接热影响区进行表面压应力处理的方案,修复加氢反应器的裂纹。结果表明,采用表面压应力处理是避免应力腐蚀开裂的一种有效的途径。
In this paper, we analyzed the cause of the crack on the PTA second workshop hydro genation reactor. Then used plan of the Surface Compressive Stress Treatment technique to treat the welding seam and the welding hot influencing area after weld, repair the crack on the hydrogenation reactor. The result show that is a effcective way to avoid the stress corro sion crack by the Surface Compressive Stress Treatment technique
