摘要
研究改进热处理工艺和加入合金元素来消除锰在奥氏体晶界上的不平衡偏聚以提高钢的低温韧性。降低固溶处理温度和冷却速度,以及在钢中加入铬、硼和钼。
In order to eliminate nonequilibrium segregation of manganese at grain boundaries and increase low temperature toughness, the research work of improving heat treatment process and adding alloying elements are taken. The nonequilibrium segregation of manganese are eliminated by decreasing solution treating temperature and cooling rate and adding chromium, boron and molybdenum, thus, the low temperature toughness of high manganese austenitic steels are improved.
