摘要
目的:探讨癫痫发作是否也和癫痫样放电一样受到睡眠的影响。方法:通过视频脑电图监测儿童癫痫患者在睡眠各期的癫痫发作,对95例共504次癫痫发作进行睡眠周期分析。结果:75%在清醒期发作,25%在睡眠中发作,其中85.7%的睡眠发作均出现在非快速动眼睡眠期,48.4%出现在Ⅱ期,37%出现在Ⅰ期,12.7%出现在Ⅲ和Ⅳ期,0.02%出现在快速动眼睡眠期。额叶癫痫、颞叶癫痫和中央沟良性癫痫易于在睡眠期发作,分别为40.6%、33.3%和38.7%。结论:非快速动眼睡眠期睡眠可诱发儿童癫痫发作,部分局灶性癫痫更易在非快速动眼睡眠期诱发。
Objective:To explore whether sleep cycles affect the seizure of epilepsy as epileptiform discharge that could be most easily detected during non-rapid eye movement sleep. Methods: Sleep cycles of 95 cases with total 504 seizure attacks were re- corded by video-EEG. Results: Seventy-five percent of seizures occurred during waking and 25 percent of seizures occurred dur- ing sleeping. Among the seizures during sleeping, 85.70/00 appeared during the second stage of non-rapid eye movement sleep (NREM), 37~ during the first stage, 12.7~ during the third and the fourth stage, 0.02% during rapid eye movement sleep (REM). The frontal epilepsy and temporal epilepsy and Rolandic epilepsy were prone to occur during sleeping, the occurrence rates were 40.6%,33.3% and 38.7% respectively. Conclusions: NREM can induce the seizure attack in children confirmed epi- lepsy, the type of focal epilepsy were more easily induced during NREM than others.
