Objective: To analyze influencing factors of the economics burden and risk of diseases of medical aid target in urban Chiha. Method: the paper surveys the social-demographic characteristics, health status and the economics burden of disease of medieal aid target in urban China, and structures multiple linear regression model to explore the influencing factors of the economics burden and risk of diseases. Results: Per capita monthly income of medical aid target is Y332.12. The average monthly medical expenditure is 110.47 yuan. The relative economic risk of disease (Y/S) is 0.33. Ln (Y/S) should be the corresponding variable for multiple linear regression analysis. Being in hospital or not and the average monthly income are statistical significant variables. Conclusion: The economics burden and risk of diseases of medical aid target in urban China are high. Being in hospital or not is the strongest influencing factor to the economics risk, followed by the average monthly income.
