摘要
为了解新型农村合作医疗中中医药补偿政策对中医药服务利用的影响,选择浙江、湖北和广西等3省区的6个县(市、区)进行现场调查,分析中医药补偿政策制定、实施及住院和门诊中医药的服务利用等情况,剖析中医药补偿政策的实际效果及实施过程中存在的问题,提出完善相关政策的建议。
In order to investigate the effect on services of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） under compensation policies in New Cooperative Medical Scheme （NCMS）, a survey at 6 countries in Zhejiang, Hubei and Guangxi Provinces was made. The survey analyzed the policy about TCM, and effect on services about TCM of hospitalization or out-patient service to improve the compensation policy about TCM in NCMS.
