摘要
目的:设计公立医院绩效考核评价指标体系,并对全国20所大型公立医院2006~2008年的运行情况进行绩效考核与研究分析。方法:综合使用文献分析法、专家咨询法、数据包络分析法、层次分析法、比率分析法和随机前沿模型法。结果:指标体系主要分为资源配置、业务水平、财务状况、学术水平、发展能力和综合满意评价6个维度。结论:本研究方法和结果可以作为大型公立医院绩效考核评价与绩效管理参考。
Objective: To design public hospital performance index system, and evaluate performance and analyze operational aspect of 20 large-scale public hospitals in 2006-2008. Methods: Comprehensively using Meta analysis, Dephi, data envelopment analysis, analytic hierarchy process, ratio analysis and stochastic frontier production model. Results: Index system can be mainly separated into six dimensions, such as the distribution of resources, academic level, financial situation, academic standards, development capability and comprehensive assessment. Conclusion: Methods and results of the research can act as reference of large-scale public hospital performance evaluation and performance management.
