首过灌注CT指数对COPD的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨首过灌注CT指数对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的诊断价值。方法使用16排螺旋CT对28例正常志愿者(对照组)及29例COPD患者(病例组)进行肺灌注成像,应用ADW 4.3工作站的CT Perfusion软件对图像进行后处理,测量两组肺组织感兴趣区的时间-密度曲线(TDC)、血容量(BV)、血流量(BF)、平均通过时间(MTT)、达峰值时间(TTP)等灌注参数值,比较两组各灌注参数有无统计学意义。结果病例组肺实质的BF、BV及PS平均值低于对照组,病例组肺实质TTP及肺实质-肺动脉TTP平均值大于对照组,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BF、BV及TTP肺实质等首过灌注CT指数对COPD的诊断具有一定价值。 Objective To evaluate correlative investigation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with first -pass perfusion CT indexes. Methods Twenty - eight volunteers and twenty - nine COPD patients underwent MSCT perfusion imaging. The data were transferred to the ADW4.3 workstation and analyzed by the CT perfusion software, district first - pass perfusion CT indexes including time - density curve, blood flow, blood volume, mean transit time and permeability surface were measured. Results The COPD sufferers'blood flow, blood volume and permeability surface were obviously lower than the volunteers', which had statistical significance (P 〈 0. 05 ). The COPD sufferers" time to peak were later than the volunteers' which had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion First -pass perfusion CT indexes are helpful to diagnose COPD.
