废弃轮胎橡胶颗粒轻质混合土无侧限抗压强度试验 被引量:19

摘要 为了研究以废弃轮胎橡胶颗粒作为轻质材料的拌合轻质混合土的配比和强度的关系,通过室内土工试验,分析了橡胶颗粒含量、水泥含量、含水量和养护龄期对该混合土的无侧限抗压强度的影响以及橡胶颗粒含量、水泥含量对其应力—应变曲线形态的影响。得到了试样强度和变形随混合土配合比变化的规律。试验表明,在一定范围内改变这种混合土的配合比,可以调节混合土的强度和和易性,使其满足工程应用的需要,为下一步研究这种新型材料的本构关系和轻量性奠定基础。 To study the relation between the proportion and the strength of lightweight soil mixed with the rubber chips of the scrap tires, the influences of the rubber chip content, cement content, moisture content and curing ages on the unconfined compressive strength and the influences of the rubber chip content, ce- ment content on the stress-strain curves based on the laboratory experiments were discussed. The law was obtained that the strength and deformation of the specimens varied with the component proportion. The experiments indicate that to some extent, the component proportion of lightweight soil can be altered to adjust the strength and the workability of the samples to meet the demand of engineering application, and establishs the foundation for further researches into the constitutive relation properties and the lightweight characteristics of the fill.
