摘要
偏心销作为一种新型的舱段连接方式,最早见于俄制导弹(如P-27空空导弹)上运用,在工程设计过程中,由于结构设计的需要,需要对该舱段连接方式的物理性能进行了解,因此安排了偏心销连接的舱段结构强度,结构刚度和可靠性方面的摸底试验,通过与环齿连接方式的对比力学试验,掌握偏心销连接方式的连接原理和优缺点。同时掌握偏心销舱段连接加工工艺方面的细节问题,为工程设计总体方案报告提供强有力的支撑。
Eccentric pin as a new type of thruster module connections, first appeared in the Russian-made missiles (such as the P-27 air to air missile), during usage of the engineering design process, due to the need for structural design, we require the physical connection of the thruster module performance understand, so arranged pre-exposure experiments of eccentric pin connected to section structural strength, structural stiffness and reliability. Through ring gear comparison of mechanical experiments to acquire the advantages and disadvantages of eccentric pin link. At the same time, we mastered the processing technology details of the eccentric pin link for providing supporting strong support about engineering design report.
