结合水库调度，本文分别对风险的基本概念、性质、类型等进行了探讨。在此基础上，研究了水库调度风险管理的基本模式，其内容包括风险识别、风险分析、风险决策、风险控制、风险处理。研究成果可供水库调度、管理、决策部门参考，为进一步开展该领域的研究奠定了基础。

In combination of reservoir operation, this paper discusses the risk conception, nature and types, etc., on the basis of which the risk management model for reservoir operation is studied, whose contents include risk identification, risk analysis, risk decision taking, risk control and risk disposal. The research results can be supplied to the reservoir operation, management and decision taking departments for their reference thereby laying a solid foundation for further conducting research in this field.
