摘要
研究了消失模铸造法中ZL102和HT200金属的流动状态,探讨了负压度、浇注温度、内浇口面积、浇注方式、模型结构等因素对充型速度的影响,找出了充型规律。研究结果为正确设计消失模铸造法铸造工艺、防止铸件产生缺陷提供了可靠的理论和实验依据。
In this paper, some separated properties of S closed space are firstly discussed. The results prove that T * 1 S closed space and T 2 S closed space are identical and that the regular S closed space and normal S closed space are the same. Therefore, to make T * 1 space X become the complete conditions of S closed space is the X extremely unconnected H closed space, while S closed space X can be measured as the complete condition X of S closed T 1 normal (A 1) space. Also, this paper discusses the mapping of S closed space with the main results obtained: if f is the continuous mapping from X to the measured space Y, f(x) is boundary. If f is the actual value of continuous function on S closed space, the f will be able to reach its maximum value and minimum value on the x point.
