摘要
应用正交试验优化设计方法,通过以接触应力大小为其性能指标,选取对接触应力大小有直接影响的球组节圆直径、钢球直径和沟道曲率系数作为自变量设计其正交化试验。对正交试验结果进行极差分析,得到3个主要因素对接触应力大小的影响显著程度,以及各个因素水平变化对接触应力大小影响的趋势。
Using the orthogonal testing optimum design method and taking the contact stress as the performance index, the three major factors are chosen as independent variable to design the orthogonal test, such as the ball rotating diameter, ball diameter and the groove curvature coefficient of raceway, which has direct influence on the contact stress. By the range analysis for the result of the orthogonal test, the influencing degree and trend of the three major factors on the contact stress is obtained.
