摘要
以微型轴承为对象,介绍采用激光技术检测冠形保持架的轴向振动,研究了其动态特征,并对相应的信号进行分析,结果表明:激光技术能有效地对轴承保持架轴向振动进行非接触测量,在中、低速工况下,轴承特征频率成分是保持架轴向振动的主要因素。
The axis vibration signal of the crown cage in a miniature bearing is detected using the laser technology and identified using the frequency spectrum method. The experimental results indicate that the laser technology can be effectively applied to non - contact measurement for the axis vibration of the cage and that the characteristic frequency of the bearing plays a dominant role in the axis vibration of the cage under the condition of the low and medium speed.
