高效液相色谱法测定清脑降压片中黄芩苷的含量

High Performance Liquid Chromatography Determines the Content of Baicalin in Qingnao Antihypertensive Tablets

目的应用高效液相色谱法测定清脑降压片中黄芩苷的含量.方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(47:53),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长277nm.结果黄芩苷在0.022～0.110mg/mL的浓度范围内,进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系.平均回收率分别为98.66%,RSD=1.81%.结论该方法检测快速、准确、简便,适用于清脑降压性中黄芩苷的含量测定.

Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of baicalin content in Qingnao antihypertensive tablets. Methods The analytical column was Hypersil ODS2 Cla column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） ; mobile phase： methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid （47：53）, flow rate 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength 277 nm. Results Baicalin in the concentration of 0.022 - 0.110 mg/mL, the sample volume and the peak area showed good linearity. The average recover was 98.66%, RSD = 1.81%. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and simple.
