75岁以上老年肺癌病人34例围手术期治疗分析

The Peri-operation Treatment of 34 Aged Patients over 75 Years with Lung Cancer

目的探讨老年肺癌患者围手术期处理方法,预防术后并发症的发生,总结老年肺癌外科治疗的临床经验.方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2009年6月手术治疗的34例75岁以上老年肺癌的围手术期处理及并发症发生情况.结果手术切除率97.06%(33/34),剖胸探查未能切除肿瘤1例.全组发生并发症11例,发生率32.35%,死亡2例,死亡率5.88%.结论老年肺癌病人的高龄不应作为手术的绝对禁忌证,加强围手术期管理并积极地处理并发症,手术治疗是可以取得满意的疗效.

Objective To explore the perioperative treatment methods for patients aged over 75 years with lung cancer, to prevent the occurrence of post operative complications, to conclude the clinical experiences of surgical treatment of aged patients with lung cancer. Methods From January 2006 to June 2009, retrospective study was done on the peri-operation treatment and the occurrence of complications of 34 cases aged over 75 yeas. Results The surgical resection rate was 97,06 % （33/34） , 1 patient with open thoracic exploration failed to resects. Complications took place in 11 cases （32,35%） , 2 patients died, mortality rate （5.88%）. Conclusion Aged lung caner patients are not the contraindication for surgical operation. To acquire satisfied treatment results of surgical operation, strengthening perioperational management associated with disposing complication effectively is important.
