摘要
强调对叠片联轴器膜片应力进行分析的必要性，并应用ＶｉｚｉＣａｄ有限元程序对某种型号的膜片组进行强度计算，给出在转矩和离心力载荷作用下的计算结果，并着重分析比较了这两种载荷变化对膜片应力大小的影响及其影响程度，其结果对膜片组设计有参考价值。
The article emphasizes the necesity of analysing the stress of flexible laminated membrane coupling.It uses Vizi Cad’s finite element programe to calculate the strength of some type of membrane set,and gives the result with the action of the torque and centrifugal loads.Besides the article emphatically analyses and compares the effect,which the two load’s changes have on the membrane stress,and the degree of the effect.This has reference value to the design of membrane set.
