磁共振成像对膝关节半月板损伤的诊断价值分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨膝关节半月板损伤磁共振成像(MR)I的表现.方法回顾性分析38例经临床或手术证实的膝关节半月板损伤患者,分析其MRI征象的特征并分级.结果38例患者半月板损伤数为47个,其中Ⅰ级5个(10.6%),Ⅱ级22个(46.8%),Ⅲ级20个(42.6%),Ⅰ级表现为在半月板内出现点状或小结节状高信号.Ⅱ级表现为半月板内出现水平或斜形条状高信号,未达到半月板的关节面.Ⅲ级表现为半月板内线条样或复杂形态高信号影延伸至半月板的关节面,可伴有半月板形态的改变.结论MRI能清楚地显示月板损伤的部位、形态及变性撕裂诊断程度,是膝关节半月板损伤的最佳检查方法. Objective To study the value of MR imaging in the clinical diagnosis of meniscus injury. Methods 38 cases of meniscus injury confirmed by operation and clinical performance, and the MR imaging features were analyzed. Results In the 38 cases, 47 menisci were damaged, 4 were Ⅰ level (10.8%) , 18 were Ⅱ level (46.8%) , 15 were Ⅲ level ( 42.6% ) , Ⅰ level performed for the spherical and round high signalwhich didnt touch the meriscus joins surface, Ⅱ level performed for the horizontak lin-like high signal, but didnot extent to the meriscus joins surface, Ⅲ level performed for the high signal extending to the meriscus joins surface. Conclusion As a non-ivasive method, MRI can clearly show the denaturation and laceration of the meniscus, and correctly diagnoze the position and shape and serious level of meniscus injury, it is the best method to examine knee joint meniscus injury.
