摘要
用不同TFe和SiO2含量的精铁砂代替Fe2O3,制备永磁铁氧体,通过扫描电镜形貌观察和宏观磁性的测量分析,表明:当铁砂中的TFe含量≥71.5%,SiO2含量≤0.24%,酸不溶物含量≤0.6%时,可用于生产高性能的永磁铁氧体,其性能达Br=0.424T,Hc=192kA/m,(BH)max=31.2kJ/m3。
Use refined iron-sand which has different contents Of TFe and SiO2 to replace Fe2O3 to generate permanent magnet ferrite, and through the observation of the crystal morphology by using electron microscope and the measurement analysis of macroscopic magnetic properties, it is concluded that when the content of TFe≥71. 5 %, the content of SiO2≤0. 24%, the content of the substance which is indissoluble in acid ≤0. 6%, it can be used to generatehigh-function permanent magnet ferrite, the properties can reach: Br = 0.424T, Hc=192kA/m, (BH)max=31.2kJ/m3.
