摘要
运用"后发优势理论"和"特色建设理论"进行新建药学院学科特色建设的探索和实践。并根据第三军医大学药学院学科建设的基础和现状,在学科发展、科研方向、人才队伍建设和研发平台建设等方面,提出了具有本校特色的新建药学院学科建设模式。
To explore and practice discipline characteristic building about new college of pharmacy by ＂late-advantage theory＂ and ＂characteristic building theory＂ and based on foundation and status of discipline building about college of pharmacy of Third Military Medical University, this paper proposes a discipline characteristic building pattern of new college of pharmacy on disciplinary development, research direction, personnel development and R ＆ D platform.
