临床操作技能的训练是培养合格医学影像技师的一项重要内容。文章通过分析对比方法,介绍了国内外医学影像技师临床实习在培养目标、实习内容、实习指导教师的管理以及学生临床能力评价上的一些成功做法,提供了从国外现有模式中可供吸收和借鉴的先进经验,说明了我国医学影像学专业在临床实习领域加快改革和发展的必要性和重要性。

It is very vital to cultivate excellent chnical operation professionals via training students of medical imaging . By analysis and com- parison, this paper introduces some successful methods abroad, such as the training goal, the training contents, the management of clinical teachers and the judgment about clinical technologists of students, which could be absorbed and used by us. This also illustrates the necessity and importance for further research and development of this field in our country.
