摘要 目的:探索医学教育的内在规律,比较传统教学和传统教学与PBL结合两种教学方法的优缺点。方法:实验组采用传统教学与PBL结合的教学方法,对照组采用传统教学,以学生的自我评价和考试成绩为指标进行综合分析。结果:考试成绩没有明显差异,但实验组学生在知识获取等方面的能力有明显提高。结论:在传统教学基础上结合PBL,能激发学生学习的主动性,提高学生独立思考及分析能力,培养团队合作精神。 Objective: To explore the inherent rules of medical education, and to compare the advantages and disadvantages of traditional teach- ing and traditional teaching combined with PBL. Method: The experimental group was taught with the Iraditional teaching combined with PBL, and the control group with the traditional teaching methods. The teaching effect was comprehensively analyzed by self-assessment and examina- tion marks of students. Results: Although the examination marks of students have not been improved, the comprehensive abilities on knowledge acquisition have been improved with the traditional teaching combined with PBL. Conclusions: Traditional teaching combined with PBL can stimulate students' active learning, improve students' abilities of independent thinking and solving problem and promote their team spirit.
