传统教学与PBL结合在医学免疫学教学中的应用

Application of traditional teaching combined with PBL in medical immunology teaching

目的:探索医学教育的内在规律,比较传统教学和传统教学与PBL结合两种教学方法的优缺点。方法:实验组采用传统教学与PBL结合的教学方法,对照组采用传统教学,以学生的自我评价和考试成绩为指标进行综合分析。结果:考试成绩没有明显差异,但实验组学生在知识获取等方面的能力有明显提高。结论:在传统教学基础上结合PBL,能激发学生学习的主动性,提高学生独立思考及分析能力,培养团队合作精神。

Objective： To explore the inherent rules of medical education, and to compare the advantages and disadvantages of traditional teach- ing and traditional teaching combined with PBL. Method： The experimental group was taught with the Iraditional teaching combined with PBL, and the control group with the traditional teaching methods. The teaching effect was comprehensively analyzed by self-assessment and examina- tion marks of students. Results： Although the examination marks of students have not been improved, the comprehensive abilities on knowledge acquisition have been improved with the traditional teaching combined with PBL. Conclusions： Traditional teaching combined with PBL can stimulate students＇ active learning, improve students＇ abilities of independent thinking and solving problem and promote their team spirit.
