摘要
东风四型机车内燃机上所用J.H.1957活塞,在运行约1.8×108m后出现断裂。采用扫描电镜等手段分析了断裂活塞,结果表明活塞断裂的性质属于疲劳断裂。疲劳源是U形槽根部表面上的切削刀痕。
The J H 1957 piston used on DF4 internal combustion engine occured failure after it ran 1 8×10 8m.The failure piston was analysed by scanning electron microscope and so on .The analysis result indicates that the property of the piston failure is fatigue failure and the failure initiation is the cutting trace on the root face of the U trough.
