摘要
病理检验技术是一门实践性和操作性很强的专业课程,突出职业能力的培养,为保证培养的学生具有较强的职业能力和实践技能,需根据职业需求进行课程设计。文章从案例教学,理论联系实际;工学结合,强化实践教学;以职业岗位应用为导向,培养职业能力等三个方面较为详细地介绍了多维、灵活的课程设计思路,并在教学实践中取得了初步成效。
The course of pathology and test technology is of great practicability and operability, which emphasizes the cultivation of vocational ability. In order to ensure the students with high vocational ability and practical technology, course design should be made according to the vo- cational need. This paper introduces a flexible course design thought in detail, including ease teaching, integrating theory with practice, work- study combination, strengthening practice teaching; professional post orientation, cultivating vocational capability.
