摘要 为提高江西某铜矿一段生产铜硫混浮流程铜回收率,对其进行了工艺矿物学解离度分析。根据分析结果提出生产流程优化方案。采用新流程,工业对比试验一段粗选铜回收率提高了1.16个百分点。 Process mineralogy mineral degree of dissociation analysis has been made on a copper ore in Jiangxi province to optimize one part of its produce Cu - S mixed floating process, increase the recovery rate of copper flotation. Raise the opinion of optimize one part of production flow, second coarse mill run ,first scavenging ore productions will be returned and regrinding selectively based on the result of analysis. The recovery rate of one section of roughing copper has raised 1.16% in the test by adopt new flow and industry comparison. Mill run technics optimization has done in the test by apply the analysis result of process mineralogy degree of dissociation, has guiding significance to the exploitation of mill run flow of mineral resources' comprehensive utilization.
