科学发展观的基本价值取向是以人为本,落实到高等教育中,就是要以学生为中心,按照大学人才培养的目标与要求,提倡人性化、人格化的教育。这就要求我们教育工作者不断构建思想政治教育工作中以人为本的工作模式,时刻以学生的根本利益为出发点和落脚点,打造高校思想政治教育工作的新局面,促进高校思想政治教育工作迈上新台阶。

The basic value of the scientific development is human--oirented. In colleges,that is to promote the student-oirented humanitarian education according to the goal and demand of talents training of colleges. Therefore, the educators in colleges should establish the new human-oriented working pattern,putthe students＇ interest in the first place,promote the education aim. It will definitely push forward the political and ideological work in higher schools.
