摘要
提出了导电加热切削切削区加热电阻的组成及其测量方法 ,并对它和切削用量的关系进行了研究和分析 ,指出切削区加热电阻能作为切削状态的识别参量 。
The components of Hotting Resistance in cutting area and its mearsuring method in EHM are put forward in this paper. Further more, the relation between Hotting Resistance in cutting area and cutting parameters is studied and analysed. As a result, we point out that Hotting Resistance in cutting area could be used as a parameter to distinguish cutting state. So, the auotmatic control of hotting current could be progressed on the basis of this result.
