摘要
高校领导干部队伍建设中存在着机制不够健全、对干部队伍建设认识不到位、有的领导干部政治理论学习不扎实和工作作风不踏实、缺乏统揽全局和开拓创新能力等问题,要从抓好高校领导干部队伍组织建设、思想建设、作风建设、能力建设和建立和完善高校干部制度、领导干部教育培训机制和监督制约机制等方面加强高校领导干部队伍建设。
Aiming at its present situation and existing problems, such as the defective mechanism, inadequate recognition about leading cadre construction, the unsteady study on political theory, and inability to plan overall and innovate, the paper elaborates on the necessity and puts forward some concrete countermeasures for team development of leading cadre in college, focusing on the aspects of construction of leading cadre and ideology, the development of ability and system in college.
